Ph.D. Minor in Anthropology

University requirements for the Ph.D. minor are described in the Graduate Degrees section of this Bulletin.

To request the Ph.D. minor in Anthropology:

Identify a Ph.D. minor advisor from the Department of Anthropology tenure-line faculty. Submit the Department of Anthropology, Ph.D. Minor Request form detailing the proposed Ph.D. minor program request.

Submit a University Application for Ph.D. minor, outlining a program of study approved by the major and minor departments, via Axess eForms. This form is submitted at the time of admission to candidacy. The Department of Anthropology requires an ANTHRO faculty advisor for the Ph.D. minor who can serve as a member on the University oral examination committee.
