Course Description
PWR 2 courses focus on developing strategies for presenting research-based arguments in both written and oral/multimedia genres. This class takes as its theme the distractions that surround us. We will study how reading practices evolve as we shift to digital texts; examine research on texting while driving; and consider the effects of multitasking on memory and productivity.
