Course Description
Rhetorical and contextual analysis of readings; research; and argument. Focus is on development of a substantive research-based argument using multiple sources. Individual conferences with instructor. Study of the rhetoric of the India of the new millennium, including issues of gender, caste, class, religion, sexuality, nationalism, diaspora, outsourcing, and globalization.
